"Such a great experience! Terminex told me I had termites. They wanted $8k to tent my house and do treatments. I got a second opinion and was told I just have dry rot from sprinklers in one area and a couple roof leaks. That person doesn’t do that kind of work but we had used Cali roofing in the past. I was nervous about needing a whole roof since my house is over 20 years old and this was my second time. But nope I needed an area fixed. They could have said it was a much larger job, but they were honest. They also confirmed I didn’t have termites. It’s hard to find trust worthy people because they really can tell us anything. The job was affordable and done the next day. It did take a little bit to get the him to come initially but that’s because they are so good and trusted they get booked up fast, but when it’s your turn you are the priority and the job is done right. They also cleaned all the mess, hosed and swept too. Highly recommended"
